Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,173,611.75 for preservation efforts on a 2-span bridge carrying NH 107 over the Lamprey River in Raymond, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $117,361.81, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
