Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $2,511,040, to supplement the Department’s Weatherization Assistance Program with Bipartisan Infrastructure Law fund. (2) Further authorize to advance Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. $91,665 from the above-reference contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
