Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH, in the amount of $1,303,164, to supplement the Department’s Weatherization Assistance Program with Bipartisan Infrastructure Law fund. (2) Further authorize to advance Community Action Partnership of Strafford County $47,572 from the above-reference contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
