Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Reed & Reed, Inc. d/b/a Reed & Reed General Contractors, Woolwich, ME, on the basis of a sole bid of $28,457,845 for removal of the superstructure of the existing General Sullivan Bridge which crosses Little Bay between Newington and Dover, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,422,892.25, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 25, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
