Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway and Ski Area (Department) to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Plymouth State University (PSU), Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/11/20, Item #40) to offer the PSU student body and faculty membership discounted recreational ski and snowboard opportunities at Cannon Mountain Ski Area (Cannon) by: extending the completion date retroactively from the last day of the 2022 winter operating season to the last day of the 2023 winter operating season at Cannon; and revising the MOA language that specifies current responsibilities of both parties. No State Funds required. (2) Further authorize the Department to accept two payments from the PSU Student Activities Association during Fiscal Year 2023, in the amounts of $15,000 and $10,000 for a total of $25,000 over the duration of the MOA, increasing the previous cumulative payments from $60,000 to $85,000, to be made by the student activities association at PSU in accordance with the terms presented. Effective upon G&C approval.
