Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into an amendment to an existing lease with WBIN Media Company, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/20/13, Item #33), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Belknap Mountain in Belknap Mountain State Forest, Gilford, NH by: (1) extending the lease end date from February 28, 2023 to February 29, 2028; (2) increasing the total lease payments received by $85,620.24 from $141,694.08 to $227,314.32 for the cumulative fifteen-year period; (3) updating lease language to reflect current standards. Effective upon G&C approval.
