Authorize to amend a contract with Gomez and Sullivan Engineers, D.P.C., Henniker, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/19/19, Item #175), for the completion of a protected instream flow study and protection criteria for the Warner River by extending the end date from December 31, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no-cost time extension. 100% General Funds.
