Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Colebrook, in the amount not to exceed $809,200, for the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Upgrade and Lagoon Cleanout project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 15, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Colebrook, in an amount not to exceed $1,213,800 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade and Lagoon Cleanout project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
