Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Littleton, in the amount not to exceed $579,000, for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Littleton, in an amount not to exceed $1,351,000 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
