Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Rochester, in the amount not to exceed $390,000, for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the City of Rochester, in an amount not to exceed $950,000 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
