Authorize the Bureau of Educational Opportunities to enter into a contract with Blundell Accounting Solutions, P.L.L.C., Windham, NH, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, to provide education training services for Charter Schools. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds.
