Authorize the Division of State Police to enter a three-year contract with MHQ, Inc., Marlborough, MA, in an amount not to exceed $4,314,697, for the provision of preparing State Police vehicles for deployment (paint, decals and equipment). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 53.44% General Funds, 30.90% Highway Funds, 1.48% Revolving Funds, 1.92% Federal Funds, 11.18% Turnpike Funds, 1.08% Agency Income.
