Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source retroactive amendment to an existing contract with WB Mason Company Inc., Brockton, MA for commercial office furniture manufactured by Allsteel Inc. to increase the price limitation from $600,000 by $1,400,000 for a new price limitation of $2,000,000 and by extending the expiration date to October 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval for the period October 31, 2022 through October 31, 2023, with the option to extend for up to one additional year.
