Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to amend a $500,000 grant agreement with the Town of Barrington (originally approved by G&C on 9/23/20, Item #43), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023, to allow for the completion of the Lee Oak Cooperative Water Project.
