Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Granite State Independent Living, Concord, NH, in the amount of $800,000, for home modification and repair services for individuals ages 60 and older who are eligible through Title IIIB of the Older Americans Act. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years. 85% Federal Funds, 15% General Funds.
