Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract, awarded through a competitive bid process, with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/27/22, Item #9), to add funding to expand and enhance Student Assistance Programs training, technical assistance and infrastructure throughout the state, by increasing the price limitation by $1,000,000 from $2,300,000 to $3,300,000, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
