Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 3, 2022, to continue providing evidence-based prevention services for children up to 18 years of age who are exposed to adverse childhood experiences as a result of opioid and/or stimulant misuse, by increasing the total price limitation by $350,000 from $1,009,024 to $1,359,024 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
