Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 8, 2022, for continued provision of Medication Assisted Treatment to individuals with opioid use disorders, by increasing the total price limitation by $624,750 from $1,286,928 to $1,911,678 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
