Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with BOWLink Technologies, Inc., Webster, MA (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, Item #9), for the hosting and maintenance of the family planning services data base system, by increasing the price limitation by $204,591 from $147,446 to $352,037 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 2024.
