Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source amendment to and existing contract with the Contractor listed as detailed in the letter dated November 17, 2022, for the ongoing provision of a Permanent Supportive Housing Program for individuals, youth and families who are experiencing chronic homelessness, by increasing the total price limitation by $230,916 from $8,522,418 to $8,753,334 and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2022 to August 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
