Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to amend a previously approved item (originally approved by G&C on 1/24/22, Item #28), to dispose of two (2) parcels of state-owned land located on the westerly side of NH Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in the Town of Newington by reducing the acreage of the two (2) parcels from 5.20+/- to 4.02+/-. As a result of the decreased acreage to be conveyed, and a review of the previously determined value, the sale price was reduced from $1,111,200 to $952,200 which includes a $1,100 per parcel administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Turnpike Funds.
