Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Signal Systems, Inc., Northwood, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,078,968.60 for construction of Weigh-in-Motion Stations in the cities/towns of Concord, Hampton Falls, Manchester and Hopkinton (Project: Statewide 43931). (2) Further authorize that a 10% contingency in the amount of $107,896.86 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
