Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $3,376,480 for bridge preservation of five (5) bridges carrying I-93 in Campton (Project: Campton 43803). (2) Further authorize that a 10% contingency in the amount of $337,648 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
