Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $4,443,148 for the Fuel Assistance Program. (2) Further authorize to advance $330,839 from the above-referenced contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
