Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #101, archived document ) by transferring funds in the amount of $400,000 between class lines to realign funding in order to best use the available appropriation as detailed in the letter dated September 4, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 17, 2025.
