Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to retroactively amend an existing lease with KGI Gorham, LLC (originally approved by G&C on 2/5/20, Item #51A), by increasing the price limitation by $962.50 from $261,250 to $262,212.50 with no change to the completion date, for quarterly utilities expense. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2022, upon G&C approval. 100% Agency Income (Cost of Collections).
