Authorize to enter into grant agreements with the municipalities as detailed in the letter dated November 10, 2022 for a total amount of $50,000 from the Homeland Security Grant Program to support anti-terrorism related training, exercises, and equipment for First Responders statewide to established teams that can undertake mission areas of prevention, response, or recovery including water related terrorist linked catastrophes and rescues. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
