Authorize to amend an accept and expend item of federal funds approved by the Governor on March 19, 2021, pursuant to RSA 21-P:43, RSA 4:45, RSA4:47, and Executive Order 2020-04 as extended, to allow DHHS to modify and reallocate the budget by transferring funds in the amount of $40,740 between classes as detailed in the letter dated October 21, 2022 to cover costs associated with the prevention, preparation, and response to COVID-19 that are reimbursable by the federal Provider Relief Fund program enacted under the CARES Act to help healthcare providers mitigate the direct impact from COVID-19. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds (CARES Hospital Provider Relief). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022.
