Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing agreement with New Hampshire Detox and Rehab, LLC, Lakewood, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #18), for reimbursement for room and board services provided to individuals with an opioid or stimulant use disorder who receive residential treatment services paid for by Medicaid, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $400,000 from $588,000 to $988,000 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
