Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 4, 2022, for the purpose of contract consolidation and the resultant expansion of the scope of services in response to a consolidation grant award received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the ongoing provision of a Permanent Supportive Housing Program for individuals, youth, and families who are experiencing chronic homelessness, by adding the Federal Fiscal Year 2021 HUD award amount of $136,849, increasing the total price limitation from $7,857,202 to $7,994,051. (2) Further authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the Contractor listed in bold in the letter dated November 4, 2022, for the purpose of extending the completion date for two (2) months from June 30, 2023 to August 31, 2023 to match the terms of the consolidation grant, as required by HUD. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
