Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with All-Way Wrecking, Bridgewater, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $124,785 for demolition of buildings on State-owned parcels in Jaffrey. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $12,478.50, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency is 10% of the contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through May 19, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
