Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $6,247,747 from the U.S. Department of Energy, Office Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Weatherization Assistance Program. (2) Further authorize the Division of Policy and Programs to create two (2) temporary full-time positions one (1) Administrator I and one (1) Program Specialist II, to manage the states Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Weatherization Assistance Program and establish Class 046 – Consultants for the purpose of providing training and technical assistance services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022.
