Authorize to accept the donation of a conservation easement on 400 acres in the Town of Hooksett, from Bear-Paw Regional Greenways. (2) Further authorize the deposit of $15,000 into the NH Land Conservation Endowment held at the Department of Treasury from Bear-Paw Regional Greenways to permanently endow conservation easement monitoring and stewardship by the Conservation Land Stewardship Program. (3) Further authorize to receive a $10,000 donation from the Bear-Paw Regional Greenways for monitoring and management within the Hinman Pond Focus Area. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds.
