Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $125,000 for the purpose of promoting, protecting and investing in the state’s natural, cultural and historical resources pursuant to RSA 261:97-b I. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Agency Income. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022.
