Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a retroactive and sole source contract with Tegra Equipment, Inc. d/b/a/ Bobcat of New Hampshire, Chichester, NH, in the amount of $7,700, for use of equipment to maintain the Rockingham Recreational Rail Trail from Derry to Freemont, NH and build a parking lot at Pawtuckaway State Park. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of September 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
