Authorize to accept and expend $19,837,651 in federal funds from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) to fund investments in drinking water infrastructure through New Hampshire’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program. (2) Further authorize to establish five (5) full-time temporary positions. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
