Description
Authorize to amend the contract with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/5/19, Item #100), by increasing the contract amount by $150,000 to $3,695,000 from $3,545,000, to support a recently awarded EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of November 2021 to address the economic, social and environmental challenges caused by brownfields sites through environmental assessment and redevelopment planning. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
