Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to a contract with Wright-Pierce, Topsham, ME (originally approved by G&C on 8/3/16, Item #48, archived document ), for engineering and construction oversight services for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program by increasing the contract amount by $1,600,000 from $1,350,000 to $2,950,000 and extending the contract completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 19% WRBP Funds, 81% Capital Funds
