Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Waterville Valley, NH, in the amount not to exceed $800,000, for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $4,000,000 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade project. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
