Description
Authorize to award a grant to Mountain View Housing Cooperative, Inc., Gilford, NH, in the amount not to exceed $1,283,500, for the water and wastewater system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund (DWGTF) loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $128,010, to finance water and wastewater system improvements, subject to the conditions outlined in the letter dated October 20, 2022. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
