Authorize the Bureau of Special Education Support to enter into a sole source contract with AnLar, LLC, Arlington, VA, in the amount of $138,450, to continue to implement a system of support for preschool special education coordinators. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
