Description

Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications (DESC) to accept and expend $13,000,000 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) for the construction of a new DESC 911 facility in Laconia, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022.
