Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a sole source contract with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Inc., Irvine, CA, in the amount not to exceed $31,960, to provide the Basic eCourse on-line training course. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024. 100% Agency Income.
