Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the New Hampshire Department of Safety (DOS), Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $67,176, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (Byrne JAG), Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) reallocation grant to help maintain the Sex Offender Registry and to comply with SORNA requirements. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
