Description
Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated October 11, 2022, to continue providing Workforce Readiness and Vocational Training Programs for individuals with opioid and/or stimulant use disorder, by increasing the total price limitation by $316,000 from $848,936 to $1,164,936 and by extending the completion date from September 29, 2022 to September 29, 2023. Effective retroactive upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
