Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, item #37), for temporary staff to support a variety of public health programs within the Department by increasing the price limitation by $492,501 from $9,354,791 to $9,847,292.
