Description
Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Manchester, AIP-139, to install/replace pre-conditioned air and ground power equipment units (Voluntary Airport Low Emissions Program – VALE) at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, in the amount of $3,259,450. Effective upon G&C approval through September 11, 2026. 95% Federal Funds and 5% State Funds.
