Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Career Development and Adult Education to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Holy Cross Family Learning Center, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #209, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $38,637.76 from $236,911.30 to $275,549.06 to continue providing adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, with no change to the end date.
