Authorize to execute a no-cost time extension of a Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA) State Clean Diesel grant to Eversource Energy Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, item #62), to extend the completion date to March 31, 2023, to provide additional time to complete the agreed upon project to replace eight (8) engine model year 2009 utility trucks serving NH customers. Effective retroactive upon G&C approval from September 30, 2022. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 62.5% Federal DERA Funds and 37.5% Volkswagen Trust Funds.
