Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/3/21, item #87), for the UNH Coastal Neighbors Technical Assistance Program Project by: (1) extending the project completion date to August 31, 2023 from August 31, 2022, (2) increasing the contract award amount by $128,090 to $251,906 from $123,816 in order to complete the second year of work committed to in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration federal grant award, and (3) revising the scope of work to include additional tasks and associated reporting deliverables. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
